School Enrichment Clubs – Frequently Asked Questions

What do you need from the school?
Very little admin is required! We keep it simple and efficient for schools:

We ask that you distribute our digital flyer and booking link to parents via ParentMail or your usual communication platform.

Parents then book directly online through our secure portal.

One week before the start of term, we’ll provide your school with a list of enrolled children for safeguarding and attendance purposes.
Where are sessions held and what equipment is needed?
All sessions typically take place in the school hall.

Gymnastics: We use school PE mats, benches, and sports tables (where available).

Cheerleading: Open space for movement and safe stunts, plus optional pom-poms provided.

Aerobic Gymnastics: Clear floor space for movement-based routines and activities.

Dance: Smooth, open area for group movement and expression.
All activities are adapted to suit the available space and equipment at your school.
What is the class structure?

Minimum numbers: 8 children in the first term, increasing to 10 in the second term.

Maximum numbers: Determined by the school based on year groups and hall space.

Coach-to-child ratio: We follow relevant national guidelines (1:16 for gymnastics).

Set-up time: Coaches arrive 15 minutes before the session starts to set up.

Cost to parents: £7- £8 per session dependant on session length. Parents book by the term (e.g. £70 for a 10-week course).

Each activity has a structured and engaging format, designed to build confidence, coordination, and creativity:
