GYMNASTICS
Hart GC believes gymnastics is a sport for all. Not only do you learn cool stuff like forward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands. You learn tremendous life skills through gymnastics.
Gymnastics is the foundation of human movement and provides the building blocks necessary for the development in all sports.
Gymnastics builds on the development of core skills such as balance, strength, flexibility, and coordination and incorporate compulsory pulse raising activities.
We run our classes in the following format-
Warm up – includes a pulse raiser such as a game or cardio activity. Followed by a stretch.
Class activity – Each week children will focus on a different gymnastic core exercise such as:
Basic skill (gymnastics fundamentals & basic skills), Balance skills (normally using bench / beams)
Vaulting skills. These focuses will rota weekly.
*Subject to class progress. Cool down- A game / focus activity.
All sessions are charged termly.

If so, cheerleading is the sport for you.
Cheering is a physical activity that develops and maintains muscle strength and cardiovascular health.
Cheering with a squad helps you learn the value of teamwork. Additionally, cheerleading helps develop confidence and positive self-esteem in kids

AEROBICS
Aerobics is an exhilarating and high-energy sport that seamlessly blends strength, flexibility agility, and dance, all set to vibrant music. Competitors showcase their skills on a wooden floor, whether as individuals or in groups, demonstrating impressive gymnastics and dance techniques. a focus on performance and charisma, sports aerobics is the ultimate fusion of fun and fitness, it accessible and exciting for everyone involved. Join the movement and experience the thrill of this dynamic sport
