Our Services

Before & After School Gymnastics Club

Good to Know Information

  • Coaches will collect and return your child to/from their classroom before and after each session.

  • Children should wear sports-appropriate clothing, either their school PE kit or suitable clothes from home (e.g. leggings, shorts, t-shirt).

    • For morning sessions, please ensure your child wears their school t-shirt and jumper with sports bottoms. This maximises their gymnastics time by reducing the need to change fully.

  • Long hair must be tied back, and no jewellery should be worn.

  • If your child has a current injury that prevents weight-bearing, they cannot participate in the session.

  • This club does not run during half term, INSET days, or bank holidays.

  • Children do not require snacks – no snack break is included in the session.

  • Your child will enjoy learning the basics of gymnastics, focusing on balance, coordination, and strength in a fun, supportive environment.

Uniform & Kit

  • Children can wear their school PE kit or any comfortable sportswear.

  • We also offer club leotards and t-shirts, available to purchase online:

Collection Arrangements & Safety

  • If someone other than a parent is collecting your child or if your child is going to another school club, you must inform us in advance.
    ✉️ Email: coach@hartgymnastics.org.uk
    Include: Your school name, child’s full name, and the alternative arrangements.

  • Late Collection Policy:

    • If your child is collected late on more than two occasions, their space on the course may be revoked.

    • If you are more than 10 minutes late, a £5 charge will apply for every 5 minutes thereafter to cover the coach's time.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds are given once the course has started.

  • If a session is cancelled, we will aim to offer a make-up session. If your child is unable to attend the make-up date, no refund will be issued.

  • If we are unable to reschedule, a voucher will be issued for use in the next term.

  • In cases of uncontrollable circumstances (e.g. extreme weather), no refunds or vouchers will be given unless more than two sessions are missed.

  • If the school cancels the session, we are not liable. All dates are confirmed with the school in advance. Any issues should be directed to the school.
    🔹 This includes PTA events (e.g. discos) that were not booked or communicated to us prior to our session dates being released.

Drop-Off & Collection Points

  • Heatherside Junior School: Collection from the back playground, behind the school hall.

  • Heatherside Infant School: Drop-off at the right-hand side of the school, next to the library and rubbish bins, behind the hall.

  • Fleet Infant School: Coaches will walk children to the main entrance gate.
    🚫 Children will not be released across the road – please ensure you have crossed the road to collect your child safely.

  • Tweseldown Infant School (AM): Drop-off via the front office- Please arrive on time – this session is held in "The Den" and we will not be visible to open the door for late arrivals.
